Fine Foods, Eastern Bakery and Fine Foods Catering highlight their priority in stepping up food safety & QHSE managements Systems, in accordance with international standard requirements, by becoming the first Food Service company and bakery in Bahrain to successfully acquire ISO 22000 food safety management certification from TUV.

Fine Foods Catering has established, documented, implemented, certified and will maintain a Integrated Management System conforming to the requirements of ISO 22000: 2005 ,ISO 14001:2015 BS/OHSAS/ISO 18001:2007,ISO 9001:2015 requirements of any organization in the food chain and this certification was conducted in accordance with the TUV NORD CERT auditing and certification procedures and it is subject to regular surveillance audits.

ISO 22000 refers to the internationally recognized standard for food safety management systems and quality food safety principles for organizations operating within the food supply chain. It employs HACCP, which is internationally recognized standard principles for food safety risk analysis as well as the identification, evaluation and control of hazards considered significant for food safety. For our operations, these principles involve an entire range of activities, from food purchasing to storage to food preparation and delivery while also requiring extensive staff training and coordination from other departments such as engineering.
